The Erasmus+ 2024 KA220-HED “BIOSHIELD-Novel Biotechonological Solutions in Climate Change Mitigation” project, prepared with the contributions of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University faculty members and under the leadership of Democritus University of Thrace (Greece), has been deemed worthy of support by the Greek National Agency with a budget of 250,000 Euros.
The Erasmus+ 2024 KA220-HED “BIOSHIELD-Novel Biotechonological Solutions in Climate Change Mitigation” project, prepared with the contributions of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University faculty members and under the leadership of Democritus University of Thrace (Greece), has been deemed worthy of support by the Greek National Agency with a budget of 250,000 Euros.
Within the scope of BIOSHIELD, a curriculum and educational materials focusing on innovative solutions to combat climate change and related disasters will be developed. Project partners include Democritus University of Thrace (Greece), Maribor University (Slovenia), Mellis Ed-Tech (Turkey), Ionian University (Greece) and University North (Croatia).
The Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University project team includes Prof. Dr. Çiğdem Şahin Taşkın from the Faculty of Education and Prof. Dr. Kemal Melih Taşkın, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sercan Karav, Assoc. Member Fatih Sezer and Res. Asst. Dr. Aslıhan Özbilen.
