Department of Elementary Education and Department of Preschool Education are entitled to use the Turkish Qualifications Framework (TYÇ) Logo!

Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University (ÇOMÜ) continues to serve its students better by improving the quality of its education and training processes day by day.

In accordance with the decisions taken at the 48th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Turkey Qualifications Framework (TQF) on 20 December 2008, 17 more undergraduate programmes with programme accreditation of ÇOMÜ, which meet the quality assurance criteria, were granted the right to use the TQF logo on higher education degree certificates.  

With 17 more undergraduate programmes gaining the right to use the TQF logo, the number of academic units that will use the TQF logo on their graduation certificates from 2025 has increased to 6 and the number of accredited programmes has increased to 21. 

The Turkish Qualifications Framework (TQF) is a national qualifications framework designed in line with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and implemented by the Vocational Qualifications Authority (VQA) under the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, which classifies the principles of all qualifications acquired through vocational, general and academic education programmes at all levels and other learning pathways into eight levels.

Higher education programmes that have ensured quality assurance and have been found suitable for the TQF by the TQF Board are granted the right to use the TQF logo on the diploma supplements, transcripts and certificates of their graduates. The presence of the TQF logo on graduation certificates indicates that the quality assurance processes of the respective programme are effective and that the graduates of the programme have the right to use the TQF logo on their diploma supplements, transcripts and graduation certificates.
